The Lincolnville General Store, c 1870,
is prominently located in Lincolnville
Center. Historically, it has represented
the geographical center as well as the
heart and soul of the rural community
as a gathering place. Abandoned for
many years, the new owners were
determined to restore the building to
its former state in an updated form to
serve the community.
